STILES is an independent football culture magazine produced by Julian Roberts which documents the stories, characters and lifestyle surrounding the game and its fans. Through original writing and photography, STILES explores both sides of the turnstile; from the relationship between popular culture, football and life, to just why it is that people love the beautiful game.

The magazine’s creators turned to Ex Why Zed for our expertise in creative industry printing. With our state-of-the-art HP Indigo Printer, we were able to bring their vision to life, producing a magazine that not only tells a story but also stands as a piece of art in its own right.
A Winning Printing Process
The magazine measures 260x215mm, a size that allows for a comfortable reading experience while also providing ample space for the stunning visuals. The 4-page cover is printed onto 300gsm Silk and finished with a matt lamination to the outer, giving it a smooth, luxurious feel. The inside pages, 136 in total, are printed onto 130gsm Gloss, ensuring high-quality image reproduction and easy readability.
The entire magazine printing is in full colour, allowing the artwork and photography to truly shine. Once printed, the pages are trimmed, collated, and perfect bound, resulting in a professional, high-quality publication.
